I had the pleasure of first meeting Joe Potente when I was helping the owners of Stratton House Hotel with some interior design for their new spa area. I had the vision with the interior space, which Joe and his team were then able to implement to a high standard with their carpentry, decorating and tiling skills. Since then, I have worked with Melissa and Hannah on several high end residendial projects and have been thrilled with their expertise and commitment to getting the projects completed to a high standard, and to budget.

As an interior designer, I am employed by clients to ensure that their projects are run smoothly and professionally managed. Having worked with Inndecs now for about 9 years on many projects, they continue to still pull it out of the bag with regards to delivering large jobs on tight timescales and still have the flexibility to change the job at pace when I tweak the brief with design ideas or last minute additions. The client’s brief at The Landsdown Cheltenham was to provide a covered seating area to enhance an already successful external terrace. A decorative metal and glass canopy was the design solution. Inndecs coordinated the works in a restrictive site area with minimal impact on the clients trading patterns and delivered a quality development that met with the clients expectations.

There are certain service levels you would expect from any contractor, but Inndecs go above and beyond in so many respects. They do an enormous amount of work prior to the contract starting, which they do not charge for. They also do not try to pursue the client for extras and additional works which are not necessary and all works they did do were clearly set out and agreed beforehand.

I would thoroughly recommend Inndecs and challenge anyone to find a refurbishment company who is better value for money.

Melissa, Ray and Joe have managed and delivered 3 pub projects for us now, all on time, on budget and within the restricted confines of us remaining open for business.
