A historic pub with a modern touch

The Sly Old Fox is a historic Victorian pub situated opposite the famous Hippodrome in Hurst Street, Birmingham. This classic pub has undergone a major refurbishment to bring it up to date, while retaining its historic and theatric identity.

The refurbishment included the installation of two new bar serveries, as well as new decoration, flooring, and wall finishes. The main bar provides a dramatic entrance with large concrete bar pendants and a sublime copper bar top. The existing and historic stained glass was retained to compliment these stunning original features.

The Sly Old Fox has hosted celebrities and characters over the years, and it has now become one of Birmingham’s legendary hangouts. The pub is a popular spot for locals and tourists alike, and it offers a unique dining experience in a historic setting.
