Build Project

The Longs Arms, Steeple Ashton

A unique dining experience in a historic setting.

Set in a 16th century courthouse, The Longs Arms is situated within the picturesque village of Steeple Ashton near Trowbridge. Within the scope of the works, the client required an extension to the rear of the building to form a new commercial kitchen, dining area and customer toilets. The project also involved the renovation of the existing building internally and externally.

The result is a beautiful restaurant with a modern twist. The original features of the courthouse have been preserved – such as the exposed beams and stonework, while the additions of a new kitchen and dining area, have been designed to blend seamlessly with the old.

The restaurant is now a popular spot for locals and tourists alike.
